Okay, the three 9 hole tracks are all great - they differ in terms of elevation, but each one is pretty difficult.

The greens are fast with plenty of elevation - if you get on the wrong side of the pin from 20 feet, it takes game to 2 putt.

Carts w/GPS is always a bonus - and the yardages are pretty dead on. The downside obviously is the price - its steep, and there's plenty of other courses the avg golfer can play that offer a comparable experience.

Wow what a course, i played the lakes first then the meadows. The lakes is a tougher course, have to have nice teeshots to even have a chance at some of the greens. Oh and you better learn how to putt, because there are plenty of 2 or 3 tiered greens, that are Fast. The meadows, is more open allowing for error, all in all i shot an 87, and this is one of the few places i can say is worth the money, a top notch experience.

I'd have to agree w/the previous reviewer about this course treating you like you're at a country club. The service is first class. The three nine hole courses are well laid out, with some nice views from the tee boxes. Greens are VERY TOUGH...fast, with plenty of undulation on more than a few. I'm not complaining though...I'd rather putt on very fast greens and get a true roll than putt on a slow, chewed up county course green. Centennial is a nice golfing experience..however, I think due to the fact that its accessible to those in the metro NY area, they seem to charge somewhat high green fees.. $115 on weekends?? i've played daily fee courses elsewhere, just as nice, that weren't asking that much.
I'd play here more often if the greens fees were more reasonable.....

Within 30 seconds of telling the bagboy I left a club somewhere on the course, he was on the radio to the proshop and the course rangers...very nice (Group behind us found it...wheew!)

This is a first class daily greens fee course. Everything is first rate including the clubhouse, pro shop, golf instruction, reservation system, bag dropoff, and practice facilities . It's like playing at a country club without the outrageous membership costs. Greens fee range from $80 on weekdays to $115 on weekends. Fees are reduced after 2:00 p.m. to $60 and $85, weekdays and weekends, respectively. Larry Nelson, golf architect and winner of three majors, says the 27 hole, 340 acre layout "the most naturally suited for golf" he has ever seen. All three nines are great and distinctive from one another. Meadows has several holes that are links style including the fourth hole which is one of the best I've ever played and was recently included in the Tri-State top 18 holes. It's a long, beautiful, downhill par 4, with a second shot that demands a mid to long iron shot (from the back tees) over water. Even pros have a tough time making par on this hole. The second nine, Lakes, has lots of water and has exceptional views from several of the tees. Fairways, my favorite of the three nines, is flatter but the best designed. The ninth hole is another great hole and demands a second shot over a large ravine. I see no reason to join a country club with this facility so close to home!

Customer Service

First class operation. All employees are very professional. You feel like you're at a country club.
