Shoots in the 90s

The day I played here it was empty. I think it was a Thursday or Friday afternoon. The course was well maintained and I enjoyed it. There are some nice views of the wildlife as well.

Customer Service

Good.

The course is decently priced, but is built for volume play. During the afternoon on the weekends, the practice putting green is usually packed with people waiting to tee off. This must be the reason they dont cut the greens on the weekends (even though members request it). The course also lulls golfers into a false sense of security, as it is WAY too forgiving. There are hardly any trees lining the fairways, and the rough is hardly an impediment. Hit it one fairway over? No problem. There is nothing in your way to impede the next shot. I have hit 3 woods into par 5s out of rough, and from opposing fairways, and ended up with putts for eagle. That isn't how golf should be. However, on the plus side, the scenery is nice, and the staff is really very pleasant. The fairways and the teeboxes are always in really good shape. Overall, I think the course is best suited for the senior golfer, non shotmaker, and not for those who are truly interested in improving their golf game.

Nice conditions, large relatively flat greens, large fairways. Result: a fairly easy course to score on.

Very friendly.

Shoot in the 80s

Very nicely maintained course. Fairways are plush and the greens are hugh. You can really rip a short iron here and not be too concerned about flying the green. Speed changes with weather, but are usually average. The back nine plays long and the conditions are always top notch. The wind plays a big factor here. Back in the old days, Grummans F-14's would circle the course before landing. Incredible sight. Usually quiet in the afternoon. Front is easy, back tougher.

Customer Service

At times when playing nine, if front was backed up, pro wouldn't open back nine.
