Views, Length of course, variety of holes, Cheap!

Masses of people, hard to get tee times.

Nice, fairly easy course, great bang for the buck. The front nine, flat, open with some nice water views, plays like an entierly different course than the back, heavily wooded and slightly hilly. The greens are usually in pretty good shape considering the volume of people but the tees get chewed up quickly. Driving range and practice green are adequite but the clubhouse is showing its age. Nice staff.

U never see a ranger on the course to speed up play

I play this course a lot....usually gets worse condition wise as the summer progresses..Since it's a public, county course, it gets LOTS of play. Greens are usually so-so..some good ,,,some BAD! Lots of hardpan on this course too, stay away from it. Hard to get a good tee time too...

But..SEVERAL NICE, SCENIC HOLES on the water (bay)...namely the fifth, sixth, and tenth.
