Greens are excellent and the course is well kept.

Sand traps are very uneven and some are in poor shape.

well kept golf course in excellent shape. The greens are very nice about c+ speed, with many subtle breaks. The sand traps are very average and the worst feature of the course. Very deceptive inthat many holes lure you into a comfort zone off the tee, and then grab you on your approach shots. Challenging, rewarding good play, but quickly punishing you for errant shots. Very enjoyable.

The staff is polite and friendly,very helpful.
