Shoots in the 80s

Booked through EZlinks for a great deal; But ended up regretting I went there. I paid for 3 rounds. Two of my friends checked in and paid. Therefore; we paid for 5 rounds. Unfortunately the same person was not around when we finished. But explaining that to Bob was like pulling teeth.

Customer Service

Horrible! Worst Customer Service of any course I've ever played on. The man I talked to is in the dark ages. We had an issue of over paying. The first thing he said was "I can't help you" He ask for a paper receipt. I offered the one on my smart phone and he acted like that wouldn't be good enough. He said he would call the GM Mike. I told him I would wait for him, but wasted my time there. The attendant also told me I have no idea how it works.

Shoot in the 80s

This course has an average design, but clearly not outstanding. More could have been done w/ the terrain they had to work with. Greens were spotty w/ some dead areas. Nothing to make me feel like I really need to play this course again. No bad holes, but no really good holes either.

Customer Service

Rangers and pro shop staff did nothing to speed up play and did not seem to understand our dissatisfaction w/ the pace of play. The ranger commented several times about how much open course there was in front of the group holding us up, but never did anything to rectify the situation.

Shoot in the 80s

The course was in very good condition for the month of November. Greens were in excellent shape---firm, but held well. Areas around sprinkler heads were wet and somewhat mushy, mostly around the front of the greens, though. The fairways were seeded with winter grass and were a pleasure to play on...the rough was not seeded with winter grass and was very short. The tees were large and in excellent condition. This is not a course to walk, as most of the holes are a good distance apart.

Customer Service

The course employees were very friendly, and seemed to want you to have a good time. The starter and rangers were all linked via radio.

The snack bar food was only adequate, but they had a great selection of beer. The pro shop was well stocked and overall, the facilities were very good.
