Model Reviewed: Panther Run

I have to agree with the review about it being a subdivision. But, what was not mentioned was the tons of goose dung on the finishing fairways. Geese are a problem on many courses, but here they seem to have been invited to use the fairways and greens like a park statue. I guess they have never heard of Border Collies which are very effective in keeping geese away.

I liked it better when it was a golf course and not a subdivision. PLayed it January, 04 and both Lions Paw and Panther Run have changed due to the addition of hundreds of houses. Miss a fairway, hit a house.

Customer Service

Well below Par. When we finished our first round we were told we could only buy a 9 hole replay for $18, most area courses are less than $25 for 18 holes. When we finished the extra nine a staff member waived us on to the back tees. Another staff member than chased us down and told us we needed to pay for an additional 9 holes, another $18!!!! Compared to other freindly courses in the area, this was a bad joke.
