It is not a tough course but very playable. I recommend this to women or juniors who are just starting out. it is very twisty but has the occasional wide open pasture-like hole. it will not jump up and bite you in any way. i guess it is usually in good condition(i played it a week and a half after a big snow storm and the greens were not damaged in any way). Just dont play this course during winter(no ryegrass overseed for the dorment bermudagrass in the fairways). Pretty good price tag.
