Every time I play this course I wonder why I don't play it more often. It's been really hot (high 90s) and dry here for a couple of weeks, and this course was still in great condition. Tee boxes perfect. Greens were not lighting fast but true and consistent. To sumarize, just a really FUN course to play.

Excellent! Rangers are concerned about pace of play (which was perfect, we never waited and were never pushed), cart girls were very friendly (and cute*). Food and beverages at the clubhouse were generous and tasty.

Went out to North Carolina January of 09 to visit a friend and got a chance to play this course before I had to catch a flight. Right off the bat I was impressed by the staff. They accommodated by getting us out on the course without a hitch. It was winter rates so we paid only $28.00. This is a very nice course overall surrounded by nice homes on a hilly course. It did help to have a sky caddie and a friend who knew the layout since there are a couple of blind shots. There are pothole bunkers everywhere, but I was surprised that not many affected your drives. There is also plenty of room on the fairways to use your driver and the greens roll true with no surprises. I was very happy I played Heritage and look forward to coming back in the spring time to give it another go.
