Course is about to be rennovated. They let the greens die and are doing no maintenance but still letting people play. Don't play this course until they finish the rebuild. The word is that the new owner is putting $8M into the course. Should be a gem when finished, but it's a complete ripoff now. They shouldn't be charging to play this since they do no maintenance except mow the fairways.

Layout and condition. Double green is neat.

Played well, but the course didn't seem to suit my game, of course, I guess that's my fault.

Nice course. I played it under some sort of discounted rates, $28 to ride. Course is well maintained and will definately test your game. Course was a little soggy in some places, but I guess it's really close to sea level. Had a nasty run in with a member on the 18th. He came up on us as we were finishing teeing off and as it was late in our round and the day, we didn't feel the need to let him through, after all we were playing really fast and there were two of us and three of them. While I was putting he launch a fairway wood shot into the greenside bunker. We putted out and waited for him to get to the green, and confronted him about hitting into us. He said that he played the course every day and that he was laying up and that he knew he woulndn't hit us, although his shot ended up pin high in the greenside bunker. I "kindly" informed him that it was bad ettiquite to hit into people, and an exchange followed. An unfortunate incident that spoiled a good round of golf.
