Hole variety. You usually hit four different clubs on the par three''s. Greens are smallish and take some local knowledge to get used to. Always a money game to get into each day, if you''re into that kind of thing. Pace of play always good. Great scenery, especially in the fall.

Driving range too small.

I''m a member at this course. It''s one of the best deals in Cincinnati if you''re willing to get on the 5+ year waiting list. Starts out with 2 420+ yard par 4''s, but after that doesn''t have much length. The front is shorter, a little more open, and has more hills. The back is pretty tight and has a demanding finish from #14 on in. New greenskeeper in fall of 2000, was left with a ticking time bomb of too much poa annua in the fairways, and many of them burned out in the summer of 2001. However, he has done a wonderful job of growing bent back in those areas, and the greens were in great shape all year. I would expect it to be in great shape in 2002.
