Every hole is different from the next in this picture perfect layout. It has everything from elevation changes to teared greens. The course is in alright shape, but there is to much constuction going on. The bunkers look like they have not been attended to in about ten years.

I have not met a worse group of employies in my life. Every single on of them is unfriendly, and act like it is a favor to let you play on the course. The course is no country club, but the help acts like a bucnh of stuck up prics. When I played there recently I was even more astonished then before at how rediculous those people are. There were two workers in their forties that actually cut in front of my group, and I who were walking. The two were working the counter, and just trying to get in a few holes before they left. I could see they didn't see us at first, but once they did they continued to proceed , and make us watch them tee off. They then speed a way only to hold us up the rest of the hole. In consequence my friends, and I were unable to play the last hole becuase we could not see our balls. Thanks all to the staff of manakiki.

Scenary

Course always tends to play slow. I haven't played there in two years, but when I did the greens were colored with a leopard pattern with multiple spots of different colors.

The course layout. From the tips, number 8 and number 10 are some of the toughest holes in Northeast, Ohio.

The condition of the greens have, for some 15 years, long been the drawback to making this course the best in Northeast Ohio, however, the Donald Ross layout makes you forget about this every time.

To native Americans, Manakiki means "beautiful hills". This is a fitting description of this golf course. Designed by the famous golf course architect Donald Ross back in 1928, this course's layout is, for lack of a better word, fantastic!

A great course located in the Cleveland Metropark system. Rolling hills, tree lined with subtle breaking greens. Beautiful setting.
