Good municipal golf course, especially for a 9 hole course. They use this course for First Tee headquarters in Oklahoma City and for "minority employment" opportunities for good cause. Teaches greenskeeping, etc. It's located close to state capital. True 9 hole course with par 5's, par 4's; not just par 3's. And though it's relatively flat, there is some diversity to the holes and greens. But generally it's a good muni course in relatively good condition that you can play cheaply and quickly. Easy to walk. (But they do have electric carts) I found the greens to be in good condition for putting; fairways, ok. Rough a little sparse as our weather has been HOT and DRY. But generally condition was good. Pretty good practice facilities but you may end up sharing them with LOT'S of kids; depending upon what time of day and program going on.

Customer Service

Varies; snack food lady very nice and helpful. Poor design because they don't have ice for drinks close to drink machine. I think there was a recent change in golf pro/golf director so "former" golf professional is no longer head man. He isn't quite as friendly.

I have played this course twice. Not bad for a nine hole course. One drawback would be the greens sometimes are burned up by the end of summer. A few weed problems but other than that a good course to learn the game on. Green fees are reasonable so I would recommend to any beginner or someone looking for a quick nine.
