Stone Creek is a moderately challenging course with several unusual holes. The layout is generally good, but the back nine has three par-4 holes that all feature elevated tees, narrow basin fairways, and elevated greens. These three holes are unusually tough and can ruin an otherwise good score. The fairways are typically well-maintained; the greens have more than their share of pitch marks but otherwise are true. This is a fabulous wet weather course due to excellent drainage. Pace of play is usually good, with active marshals. This would be a frustrating course for beginners. It features a nice driving range. Overall Stone Creek is an excellent value.

Customer Service

Staff is friendly and cart service is better than average. The clubhouse is small and not particularly inviting for a drink or snack after the round despite the friendly staff.

This is one of my favorite local courses. The front nine and back nine differ greatly. On the back nine your skills will be tested with some tough blind hazards. The condition is really good for a public course that get a lot of play. one last thing..during the winter, this track plays better than any other course in area
