Top notch facility and track. First time here might be an adventure, hope you get paired with some locals as some of the holes are a bit vague from the T box. It can be the best of times or the worst of times, great golf.

Model Reviewed: Juniper Golf Club - Redmond, OR

Juniper Golf Club in Redmond moved to a great new course this past summer. What an improvement! The spectacular mountain views are the same, but everything else is upgraded dramatically. This a great, modern golf course that doesn't rely on trickery or pretense. It plays long from the tips — well over 7000 yards. The green complexes are outstanding and fair. The fairways are naturally undulating, which means you better be pretty accurate off the tee or you might find the rocky sage brush rough. Some of the old time members grumble about how it's too difficult, and it has a couple of blind tee shots. Get over it!

Customer Service

They're working the kinks out of their new operation, so don't expect much. It'll probably take you 5 hours to get around, if you play on Saturday or Sunday. It's not a fancy, exlusive type club, which is fine. This is the best golf membership for the money in Oregon.

Fairly flat course with parallel fairways. Good greens and tee boxes, and the layout requires you to use every club in the bag. Pace of play can be slow. The starter is grumpy and not welcoming to guests.

Customer Service

This course is a sister course through my club membership. My home course set up a tee time for me to play as a guest, which are supposedly welcome. When I arrived and asked questions about the course

There are many rockchucks(huge critters) throughout the course that lead to flashbacks of caddyshack.
