Shoots in the 80s

I am a former member and have played the course more than one hunded times and have shot under 80 six memorable times..I am a leg amputee and appreciate that the course is relatively flat for an Oregon course.

The course is an old style course with the fairway in front of you, not a target golf course. The greens are quite large and always in excellent shape, a little faster than public courses.

All of the greens slope away from the middle, so if you hit left or right of the green, the ball will bounce away from the hole. Many of the greens have false fronts, so you need to get deep onto the greens to have a putt

The rough isn't too long, but it is snagly, difficult to hit from and control your distance. The trees are Oregon trees, so when you hit into them, the ball drops straight down.

Eighteen in their signature a 520 yard par five. The trees are too tall on the left to cut the dogleg so you hit a long iron or 5 metal from the tee, hopeufully with a draw. The second requires a 5 metal so you don't hit through the fairway. The third is to a massive green, 40-50 yards long with a false front.

This is a great course to play every day and a good course for women, although the ladies tees could be a little better placed on some holes.

The course has putting and hipping/pitching practice green but no driving range.

Customer Service

The pro shop has the best people I've ever encountered in fifty years of playing golf. Friendly and helpful and most accomodating. Many have been with the course for years

Shoots in the 80s

This is my home course, I play year round and the greens are always in top shape. The greens are quick by average standards but are not really. Narrow in spots this "subdivision" course is a good test of golf. The mens club plays every day so sign up!
