Me and a couple buddies took the day off work to go shoot 18. The first of our problems was when they called 30min before to let us know they were an hour behind for our 12:00 tee time. Next, (due to the fact that everyone golfing there is over the age of 60) we don't actually get to tee off until close to 1:45. At about 3:15 we finish up hole 9 and pull up to the clubhouse to grab some drinks and a quick bite to eat. However, while we're taking a quick break, the owner informs us that we're taking too long to play and we need to give up our carts for the older folks. They give us a refund for the carts, and after 10min. of negotiating, we get our money back for the last 9 holes we got shorted.

Customer Service

Terrible. Unless you're over the age of 35, don't expect to be taken seriously.
