As you arrive at the course it looks utterly putred. The clubhouse is in poor condition and it truly looks like a chip off of Hickville. The course is par 69 or 70(somewhere around there) and it does however provide many scoring opportunities. The tees and fairways in lackluster condition and beware...some greens are fast as hell.
