I love this course. 27 holes, some short and easy, some incredably long and challenging. Each hole is seperated from the others by huge trees making for a peacefull round with virtually no distractions from other golfers. Great greens, very true roll and perfect speed. Tee boxes are level, and plush. Nice fairways, some are firmer than others, some softer. Great practice range and putting green. Electric carts are faster and more quiet than gas, and the GPS is a huge help too! The twilight rate is cheap for what you get!! Customer Service Very friendly people. I always feel welcome there. I enjoy visiting the bar after a round for some drinks. Very nice clubhouse and bar area. Similar Products Used: The only courses I would put in the same category are Conklin Players Club, and Stone Hedge comes close(gas carts, no GPS). I've played just about every public, and many private course from Conklin, NY to Harrisburg, PA. Blue Ridge is my favorite. |

Play this course every week in a Wed. Night League. Never run into long rounds because they manage the play so well. Tight course, but fair. 27 holes. Greens can get really slick during dry spells. Greens are very contoured, and flags can be placed in precarious positions. Fairways are cut well, but tend to dry up with no assistance from Mother Nature. Nice natural and articial grass practice range. Practice putting green is a good representation of what you'll find on the course. Customer Service Great. Fairly priced, but menu/drinks are a bit pricey. Similar Products Used: Wilkes Barre Municipal, Mount Laurel, Edgewood. |

Blue Ridge Trail is by far the best course within 30 minutes of the Scranton/WB area. Its picturesque views and challenging holes make it a perfect course for beginners and those who hit it long. Although "the tips" are a bit far for me I enjoy playing the white tees and find several holes very challenging. The fairways and rough are always distinguishable and you will find some of the toughest greens around. The GPS system also brings this course into a league of its own. |

This is the best public course in NE PA. I play here a lot. It's a long course w/ waste areas that you need to clear on a lot of drives. Not much water in play though( only two holes). The GPS on the carts, and ordering capabilities from the cart are great. The clubhouse could be part of a country club, without the high prices. You must be accurate on this course, because you can lose balls. Customer Service Excellent, there are very knowledgeble marshalls that know how to handle the public. |

Great course. Beautiful views, lot of water, enough challenges without losing the 99+ player. Ault &Clark did a great job rebuilding this from a 9 to an 18. Probably the best public course in the area. Top 3 at the worst. Customer Service Very nice bar & grill area. Very reasonable prices on beer, burgers, etc. Similar Products Used: Driving range is grass or mats. A real plus. Nice practice putting green |
