Hey there! jetta_golfer and I are golf buddies who golf there a lot. Its a great place to learn the game of golf, rather attempt to learn the game. Its a fun course to play but has no water or sand nor really out of bounds except the road or if you really screw up and then you can nail the pond. The price just went up like $.75 but then you can also play all day.

The ladies in the club house are great, and yes they tend to know your name esp. when you golf every sunday there.

Up-Keep and Maintanence

This is a poor college kid's course (like myself). Easy, short, and most importantly CHEAP!! The front nine is all par three's ranging from 80 yds to 180 yds. The back nine has four par threes and five par fours ranging from 92yds to 375yds (I think). For the most part the holes are straight and wide OPEN! If you want to hone in your skills with both your short and semi-long game this is a great practice course. This course is only about 10 minutes from my house, and I play it almost every Sunday with my friends. True, as many of you who have played it know, the maintanence sucks. It was particularly bad this past summer with such little rain, because they have no sprinklers. Here is another reason; they can't affordbig expensive country club course golf equipment. Why you ask? It only costs like $15 (on weekends, $12 during week days) to play as much as you want!! Sometimes we play 18 in the morning, and then come back and play a little after lunch, 9 or 18, whatever we feel like. The green are smaller in size and generally run slow. There are usually a lot of "amateurs" out on the course, including myself, so be prepared to DUCK! But, generally the golfers are very kind and courteous, and all is well. Well, I hope to see you out there this year. I'm usually wearing my yellow PSU golf hat, come on over and say hi!
