Fairways should be a little more wider. Perhaps by 10 yards. They have the room to do this.

Nice variety of holes. Excellent greens that roll true. Manicured fairways and rough place a premium on hitting the fairways which are narrow. Easy course to walk. #9 is one of the best par 4's around.

no sand traps, no sprinklers, which leads to burned out fairways and tees by the end of summer.

Rittswood is a fairly challenging course and has an interesting layout. However, while maintenance of the course has improved the past couple of years, the green fees are rather inexpensive and you pretty much get what you pay for. There are no sand bunkers on the course, there is no sprinkler system, and the greens are typically soft and cut fairly high. Its a lower end course, but is still fun to play.
