I started out thinking this was an okay course for a 3/4 par course. However, I quickly grew to the opinion that I would never play here again. Between sprinklers being on at 8:30 a.m. and having groundskeepers in the way, I will never golf there. We even went to a hole where there was a mat for a tee box. After teeing off, we see that there is a guy on the green hosing it down with the hose running across the front of the green. He waves to us as if to say, hit your ball. Classy considering that you and the hose are in the way! The guy didn't leave for over 5 minutes! Please do this sort of thing early or after hours! Unbelievable!

Contrary to a previous review, Fairways is by no means an "Executive Course". Granted it has 7 par 3s and no par 5s, it still presents some challenges as the greens are small and most are well bunkered. This course is ALWAYS in excellent condition. Greens, tee boxes, fairways, and bunkers are well maintained. Great staff and fees are very reasonable.

Excellent

This course is hard to compare to other courses because it lacks par 5s but i will say say that course conditions are as good as any $60-$100 daily fee course.

One of the better values in Bucks County. Course is always in great shape. Although this is a short course, you still need to make the shots. Par 3s are very well bunkered which adds to the difficulty. Staff is very accomodating.

An "Executive Course with a little muscle". This is a great course to get out after work for a quick 9 (or so). The course is short...even shorter in the summertime with harder fairways. Fun to play for all skill levels.

The course is kind of noisy..it weaves in and out of roads, housing plans. You can definitely get your money's worth with the twilight special.

This is a short (par 65), fun course that doesn't beat you up. It's a great confidence booster to play when a more challenging course has caused a bulge in your index.

Fairways is a perfect name for this course, fairways are wide open. Tee boxes are nice and clean, Greens need help, very choppy.
