Greens.

The tee boxes and fairways were in excellent condition and the layout of the course is outstanding. Expect to play target golf, especially in the wind. The greens were a little on the rough side on most holes and below average for a course this expensive. The scenery is beautiful with marshland and/or ponds and lakes coming into play on every hole. Bring extra balls, one sleeve won't do!

I nice blend of hole designs from target golf to a tight hole or two to wide open.

Greens could've been a little better condiditioned. #8, a par 3 was being extended and they had the tees up. They had over watered and the teeing area was a water logged.

This is a resort styled course with water and bunkers. There are a couple of holes that are really nice like #3 where you have to hit an iron to a landing area and then turn right 90deg to hit a PW to a small green. #18 is also a very nice hole and extremely difficult. Most of the holes play straight up, but you have to be careful to recognize where the water hazards are and where they begin, etc so you know where to go with your shots. The course was in good, but not great condition. A fair course that was fun to play and offered some risk/reward shots and allowed for recoveries.
