Shoots in the 80s

Excellent Course!!! Right now it's among my favorites in MBeach. No need for a driver here - 3 wood or hybrid off most tees to keep in play. Very narrow fairways and small-to-medium sized greens. Must think your way around this course and good shotmaking an absolute must. Very well maintained and great layout. I'd make this my home course if I lived in Myrtle Beach.

Very nice course. No need to try and bomb it off the tee. Need to think your way around the course. Requires precision shots.

Shoots in the 80s

Gary Player really knows how to design a course. There is a sense of intimacy to this course. During the winter months this course remains well-maintained. Fairways and greens remain 5 star. This is a special course that is up there with Pine Lakes as far as this type of course goes. It falls into a particular flavour of a well designed course that has attainable "reward areas". It's as loaded with character as the designer himself. Right down to the free drop from the cemetary! I could play this course again and again, and the staff treats you like royalty. You walk away from this course feeling better for the experience.

Shoot in the 80s

Overall condition was good... tees, greens, and fairways.
Carts need to have yardage books .... only course out of 5; we played that did not have yardage books. We were constantly guessing how far it was to the corners ... over traps ... etc. No yardage books is a BIG MINUS. They did have them FOR SALE but we did not know they were NOT on the carts until we started playing. Distance is critial since
just about every hole ... or it seems like every hole was some type of dog leg left or right. Greens seemed a little slow.... but they were in good condition. I would play the course again ... overall experience was GOOD.

Shoot in the 70s

This is a nice course that has each hole somewhat isolated from the rest which gives a sense of privacy. Excellent routing of holes that could have used a little more definition by the use of fairway bunkers. A very good finishing hole if the match is on the line. Course was in good shape the day we played.

Customer Service

Service was very good at the bag drop.
