It does have a few island greens. And, at least you're not paying a surcharge to play it.

Apparently the owners are upgrading their other holdings before they even think about sinking more money into this one.

Selected this course out of the Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday catalogue. It was a mistake. This is a non-surcharge course and it is evident why. Compared to other Myrtle Beach opportunities, this is one that should be way down on the list of courses to play. The fairways and greens were not in particularly good shape. The pro shop folks were nice enough but they ran out of logo balls (my group usually buys a logo ball at each course we play as one of our group makes a display ball rack for us after these golf trips). Nonetheless, it is still better than a lot of the muni-courses around here.
