Nice track. Some memorable holes. This course was in great shape. The front played very fast. Slowed up quite a bit on the back.

Customer Service

No complaints. In fact, they called ahead to Willbrook to tell them we were running a little late.

Be smart and find another golf course in Myrtle Beach that is golfer friendly and is willing to give customer service Don't play here

Customer Service

Proshop: Excellent, courteous, helpful
Starter: I was coming out of the restroom, prior to my round and starter came into proshop to try to rush me onto the 1st tee. This was at 2:30 pm. with no golfers before me and no golfers waiting behind me.
Ranger: rude, rushing even with no golfers infront or behind me. I stated that he was ready to go home when I finished me round. My wife was waiting for me in the snack shop and overheard the staff, specifically the range/starter and an unknown female complaining out loud about slow play and rudely insulting golfers on course who they depend to support their golf course. Customer courtesy lacking in that ranger came out to 13th hole and rushed play with no golfers in front and behind me. I will never play this course again and I recommend that you look else where in Myrtle Beach which will treat golfers with respect. If the starter needed to go home he should possibly not be working with golfers at a golf course. I finished at 6:30 two hours before dark. There was no one at bag drop to help unload my clubs. When I finished my round no one was at the cart return area or bag drop to load clubs into the carBe

Well stocked proshop. Courteous staff inside proshop

Customer Service

The service in the pro shop was great. Staff friendly and courteous. However that is where the customer service goes down hill. I was rushed by the starter who was waiting outside the men's room to have me start my round. No one was on the course besides me. At hole 13th a rude ranger drove up and demanded that I speed up play so that he could go home for the evening. My wife met me in the proshop and told me that the starter and another female we complaining in the proshop about my supposedly slow play. My wife was quite insulted by this rudeness by staff. I appears customer service is lacking. No one present at bag drop and no one present at end of round to clubs off and so I could get my clubs and loadup my clubs. The round ended at approximately 6:30pm and no one was in front or behind me. It seems that the starter needs retraining or be relieved from his job. Talking about golfers while others are present in the proshop is quite rude and very insulting. Don't waste your time here, there are much bette courses in Myrtle Beach that know how to take care of the golfers.

playing in myrtle beach on a golf vacation package, where you're playing 5 rounds in 4 days, you tend to forget most of what you experienced from 1 course to the next. But at the Tradition, I remember the service was exceptional, almost to the point where it was annoying! The course when I played (April) was in great shape. Lots of sand traps & 2 holes with island greens (1-par 3, & 1-par 4) Didn't have my "A-game" that day & the course made me pay for it.
