Shoots in the 80s

This is one of the most inconsistent courses I have ever seen. The first time played it was in decent shape except for the inch long grass on the greens. The second time the rough was six inches long and the greens were rolling at about 12. The third and LAST time it seemed like they had one mower for the whole course that mowed the same height everywhere, they didn't even take the pins out they just mowed around them. I hear it is under new managment now so it may be better now but I won't waste my money to find out.

Shoot in the 80s

This course is very diverse in terrain. It is a tight course but many of the holes are forgiving because the fairways are in hollows and the hills on both sides of the fairways guide your ball out of the woods. The course is beautiful any time of year. I recommend staying in the condos for a weekend of golf. Nights in the summer are very pleasant on top of the mountain. Wind is not usually an issue. Because of the altitude of the course, morning freezes (early spring and late fall)tend to hold up the start of play. A couple of the PAR threes are across cliffs or gorges.
