Alpine CC isn't really a country club but a 9 hole layout that is a place to play when you are in the Davis Mts area and want to hit a ball around.
Very small greens, few bunkers, less grass (it was in Dec) a dry creek through it & very flat. We were hoping for scenic views, wildlife, photo shots, and challenging golf......Not quite. Charged us $20 to walk-a steep fee considering but we finished 18 in little over 2 hours since only saw 3 others on course-and you can see the entire course at once. Probably a fun course to meet buddies, drink beer, win a few bucks off each other in the spring or summer.Don't think the PGA Tour will be stopping here anytime soon.
