This course needs a ton of maintenance to be playable. There is no grass on the greens just weeds. Drainage is non-existence and most fairways have holes and humps that need to be plowed up, soil/sand added, and re-planted. IT IS HORRIBLE.

Northcliffe is a fun and fair layout that all levels of skill will enjoy. Tough enough to make you play well but not so hard that you're miserable. Fairways in decent shape (balls roll for quite a while) and Greens in very good condition.....and is just an enjoyable golf experience. Easy to get on and worth the drive to play. I play there st least twice a year with friends.

fun course to work on short game

Fairly flat layout and short on most holes. Water is in play on many holes, including one of the par-3’s that is surrounded by water in front and left and a sharp drop off in back and right. Most other holes are not particularly challenging. Pace is pretty good. The course seems to be well kept, and is visible just off I-35.
