Shoots in the 90s

For a big city muni, this is a pretty good course. The layout is challenging without being real long, emphasizing shot making rather than length. Lots of water and trees to contend with. Fairly scenic course that sits beside the Trinity River with nice views of the downtown skyline. Seldom crowded and the pro, Mickey Piersall, is a great guy and wonderful teacher. Highly recommend him for lessons.

I love this course. It will require you to hit every club in your bag. Every hole is different and unique. The front nine has more placement holes, and may require irons off the tees. The back nine opens up a little and you can hit your driver more. Some holes are really tough and narrow, but you can score well on this course. Definitely worth playing.
