Very nice par 3 course that is nestled among an apartment complex in Euless, Texas. Condition of tees, fairways, greens, and bunkers is good. A large duck pond (or maybe it's a small duck lake) comes into play on several holes. Holes range from 120 to 180 yards in length, with the latter being an uphill hole so that I (a short hitter) used driver. I also used my hybrids, mid-irons, and short irons; it's not one of those par-3 courses where all you use is wedge and putter. Between the water, numerous sand traps, and the hilly terrain, this is one of the more challenging short courses around. And the price is very reasonable -- I paid $9 play the 9 holes twice.
