Masters course is pretty nice but a little pricey in my opinion for what you get.

If you want to shoot a career low score, then play The Presidents. I generally shoot in the low 90's and have broke 80 several times on this course. No water, no bunkers, very few trees, short, and slow greens. If you cant hit the fairway with your driver-this is the course for you.

Customer Service

Has always been good.

Strong layout that will challenge you when it is in good condition. Large driving range but limited putting and chipping facilities.

Lame service, very grumpy/obnoxious starters, extremely crowded and un-marshalled (of course, who does actually marshal a course so that you finish on time?) and flood-prone. Basically a city muni that is a tad overpriced. Plenty of other, better places to play with better service. Professional instruction is largely from college dropouts and c-college players that are more interested in rushing you through a bad lesson.

As for the course itself, although a bit overpriced for what else you can get for the money (Meadowbrook Farms twilight, for one, is far superior to this course), the track is pretty decent if it hasn't rained for a week or two. The course is part of a resevoir so it floods easily and recovers slowly. But their biggest problem is attitude and service. For instance, I paid them $30 to keep my GHIN handicap for tournament purposes. They, without warning, scrapped their support of GHIN and locked me out of the system. I can no longer get my scores so over a year's worth of scores may be lost. I called them and, not only did they not offer an apology, they were pretty clueless about the entire process.

I PLAYED THE MASTERS GOLF COURSE.
I THINK THE PRICE IS A LITTLE STEEP COMPARED TO THE OTHER HIGHLY RATED GOLF COURSE, HOWEVER IT IS WORTH THE MONEY.

Value. Easy to get tee times because they have three courses. Have a course for all types of players.

The Challenger and President courses are weak.

Have three courses, The Challenger is a modified par three course, and The Presidents isn't much better, though a good value. The Master's is their signature couse, a tough layout and in pretty good shape.
