Shoots in the 80s

I loved Wortham. what a deal for $16.50 weekends. Fairly wide open, has hills, ponds bunkers. Lots of opportunity to use fairway wood. Greens were nice and some were pretty big, no houses, ball-sellers on course are polite

Customer Service

management and staff were friendly.

Shoot in the 80s

Tee boxes are not all level or flat and generally peppered with divots. Fairways are not well groomed and support at more than three or four species of grass (plus many weed spp.). Greens incredibly slow, often shaggy and when cut short (speeding them up a little) are often rippled, making the putting surface very difficult to read.

Customer Service

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The green fees are low and the course is not very busy, so one can usually play a round of 18 holes in less than four hours.
