They have a nice puttting green and a separate chipping area. That alone is better than many course in Houston.

No free beer.

This is by far the nicest par three you're going to find in Houston. The course is beautifully maintained, from the tee boxes to their difficult greens. Yes, the price is a little higher, but dish out the money. The extra amount of money keeps the course in good shape. Since it's only a par three, why don't you just walk it?

Well maintained and manicured

Course plays next to a a busy street with little privacy, so it doesn't feel very secluded. The third hole is literaly feet from neighbors backyard.

Pretty nice course, but a little more than I'd like to pay for a 9 hole par 3 course. Nice layout and well maintained.
