Fairways were in pretty good shape. Excluding the spike marks some jackass left on every green the greens were in great condition.
They overbooked the course or had some other screw up and we were delayed from starting at our scheduled tee time by almost 45 minutes...then the marshalls spent the rest of the day pushing us and went so far as to accuse us as being the reason other players left forcing them to "comp" those rounds.

Customer Service

The starters were nice guys, but as for the rest of the staff goes, my experience was more like customer disservice. The head pro Joey Perez was flat out rude, one of the guys in the pro shop was "snobbish" and when our foursome was leaving after having a drink, we heard the waitress refer to one or all of us as "rude". We talked about it in the parking lot and could not come up with any reason why this girl thought we had been rude to her.

I've been golfing since I was about 10 years old...I'm 44 now, and I cannot remember a single course where I have been treated so poorly by the staff. I will not go back to Tour 18.

I'd been wanting to play Tour 18 for quite some time and finally got the chance to do so. I must say that I definitely was not disappointed!

The word on the street in recent years is that the course conditioning here has seen better days, but I found it to be quite good, except for a couple of greens that were not up to par.

Not having ever been to any of the famous courses of which these replica holes are designed, it's hard to know how closely they mirror the originals, but they did a good job of creating the feeling that you really are playing on a special course. The Amen Corner holes from Augusta National were especially enjoyable.

Perhaps best of all, the management company, Palmer Golf, promotes some great online specials, particularly for those who can play during weekdays. I'm really looking forward to getting back out there again soon!

Customer Service

I didn't have much customer service interaction while I was there, but the guy who handled our transaction in the clubhouse seemed pleasant enough.

I love the course. It seems you always have choices to make. Some of the par 4's are short if you hit it down the middle, if you don't it gets considerably harder.

Customer Service

This contradicts some of the other posts. Maybe I have gone at the wrong time, but I have played this course 4 times and have been treated poorly in regards to customer service everytime.

I played in a tournament here a few weeks back and it was the second time i have played here. The course is fun and well spread out so make sure your cart is fully juiced before you leave for 18. I thought the course was in good shape and the greens were great. A few of the holes i found incredibly easy as i had a birdie on the day and two pars (which is great for me) but found other very difficult as my foursome all struggled with certain holes that i am convinced are only here to balance out the easy ones. All in all i had a good time but make sure you give yourself some time as it took my foursome almost 5 hours to complete 18 where as we usually finish other courses in about 4 or under.

Customer Service

Everyone i delt with was friendly and helpful but later my neighbor who was running the charity tournament had told me that he had gathered many prizes donated for the guests to bid on in a silent auction (which i didnt even know took place) to support the charity the tournament was for and that the women working there who was suposed to be helping him did not award many of the prizes and when he inquired about them she had told him she planned to use them for future events. Im sorry but that is theft from charity and is as low as i can imagine anybody being especially the person in charge of handling such events. Bad form!

I played in late november 2003 and the greens were decent but the fairways were terrible! I hit the ball down the middle all day, but I would look done and think I was standing in the rough.

Customer Service

extremely poor, granted my tee time was 7:ooam the assistant pro was flat out rude!

Course is kind of cool seeing all of the replica holes but conditioning and service are weak.

Customer Service

Waitstaff was very good, marshalls and clubhouse people weren't very good.

Food was decent, nothing to brag about, range was not very nice for such a high dollar facility.

Well i'm writing this cause no one else has.Im fifteen years old,i've played there a couple of times and if your looking for a tough challenging holes then Tour 18 is my choice. Now i might be young but i've played all around the U.S and this course definitely outlines the best of the best. From The Masters to Disney. The holes resemble those to the smallest detail. The driving range though, unfortunately, has astroturf. Fortunately though that can be over senn by putting on the practice greens. This course comes with a bag pickup at the parking lot. Rates are high, but thats what is expected at a difficult course such as this.

Customer Service

Service is great. they all seem cheerful and happy for you to come play there. their happy to help you with anything.

The bar looks great with all sorts of things. Tv's, huge bar, snacks, food service, and they also have annual tournaments and parties.
