very reasonably priced, for either a single round or annual membership. good practice facilities. really good professional instruction.

greens are almost always in poor shape, and seem slow compared to other courses. nothing seems to putt true.

most challenging aspect is the odd lies on many holes--many sidehill, uphill, or downhill lies. not much difference between white and blue tees, except on #3 and #8 where there's about 50 more yds. wind direction can greatly affect many tee-shots, especially a north wind.
