Well-maintained course which accuracy is critical. Lightning-fast championship greens with lush zoisha fairways. Missing shots long leaves you with extremely diffifult chip shots.

The course is not built for long-hitters, so even from the back tees, long tee shots will result in wedge second shots on par 4's. A few streams or lakes could add the the difficulty of the course.

Very tight, well-groomed golf course. Small greens with great undulation. Almost every par 4 and 5 has huge, mature oak trees lining the fairways, so straight shots are critical. High Rough.
