Course was nicely laid out and mature. Through a subdivision, but wide houses back from the fairways. However, maintenance was fair except for the greens. They were a lot worse than that - terrible is the word that comes to mind. Rough, patchy, and cut long to make them look a little better from a distance. Do not recommend.
