Very nice course. The greens were in amazing shape for Houston in the summer. I only saw one putt hop a little in our foursome the entire round. Fairways were tight and the bunkers were well maintained and very consistent.Excellent range,chipping area, and putting green.
Carts were new and fast, no GPS.

Great course. Very different from what you normally find around Houston. The course has tons of elevation changes and is very well maintained. Well worth the drive!

A hilly, "Austin like" course, relatively close to Houston that provides a true test of golf. Very much worth the money and in pretty good shape.

Stated above that it is relatively close to Houston, Eagle Pointe can be a long drive for persons living on the west side of Houston.

Course has elevation changes, rarely found in the houston area, that make for a fun day of golf. Very nice layout with tree lined fairways that are not too tight and not to open. The tee boxes and fairways for the most part were in good shape. The greens were nice and a little above average in speed. Overall just a pleasant experience.

Fanstastic lay-out and always in excellant shape.

I've never met a first tee-box "starter" with a more irritating attitude. This guy scolds you for messing up his golf course BEFORE you've even stepped foot on it. When he asks if you've ever played out there before, do yourself a favor and tell him you have, otherwise you'll get "the lecture" and that is the last thing you want to hear before stepping up to the first tee.

He is the only blemmish on an otherwise superb golf outting.

Oustanding! This, in my opinion, is the very best golf course in the entire Houston area. It's claim to fame is the rolling terrain and elevated teeboxes and greens normally found in more hilly areas--namely the Texas Hill Country. Combine that with the almost perfectly manicured fairways and greens (not to mention the reletively low greens fees) and you've got a truly exceptional coures.

Customer Service

My golf cart had mechanical problems and they third hole, so we called the pro-shop and they hauled out a new cart within just few short minutes and were happy to transfer our belongings from our old cart to the new with a smile.
