This is a fairly typical rural muni course. Nothing wrong with it, and it can be enjoyable to play there, but it's not exactly a classic layout. For example, the 10th is a short par 4 with the tee shot being a blind shot over an elevated railroad track. From the tee you can't see the green or even tell where the fairway is.
