Shoot in the 90s
I have heard this course is tough in the fall when all of the pecan trees lose their leaves but in July, it is outstanding. I could not have found a flaw except for maybe the rate of play which was not really that bad except for the occasional hacker who bottlenecks up the course. From tee box to green, this course was well maintained and with the added scenery, these made it one of the nicest courses I have played. It is narrow with a lot of hazards and would challenge even the seasoned golfer. The old horse stables makes this course very unique. The best part of Old Orchard was the greens. It has been a long time since i have played on greens this fast. The ball rolled true without a single bounce. If you have not played this course, you are definitly missing out.
