One of the best Texas Coastal area golf courses. While it is located in Rockport, it is not on the water, and is well protected from the rather constant gulf breezes. It is a very good test of golf, and the two finishing holes(17 and 18) are handicapped number 1 and 3 for good reason. Although a private club, it can be played with a recommendation from your local club.
