Fairways, tee boxes, and greens are in great shape. This course is wide open BUT to score low you must keep it in the fairway and have a good technique and strategy to offset gusty winds. The number and type of hazards are perfect and there are several tee boxes for different skill levels. The penalty can be severe when your shots are as little as 3 feet off of the fairway. Rocks, dirt, and high grass are waiting off of the fairway. Strategicly placed sand traps await in some fairways. Keep it on the green stuff and you will have fun. Penalty is too severe when missing the fairway.
