This is an 18 hole desert style golf course. This is the best shape golf course in St. George/Hurricane. This is a very fun golf course that has some short par fours. This course has a very good driving range for Southern utah. It is walkable and has some days that will be winded out. The best part of this course is the greens and the views. Signature holes are definately the last two, that border a deep canyon.

Good golf course at a great price. The course itself is nothing to write to mom about, but the surrounding scenery is pretty special. The course is in good shape. All in all, if your in the area, and a little short on cash, great place to play.

Beautiful closing holes #17 & #18! Maybe the prettiest in the state. Moderately tough course, but not too bad. For the price, you can't beat it.

Played this course twice... once in the wind and rain in March and this past weekend 9/1/02. Challenging course, but pretty fair. Only one hole I feel like griping about and it was more the pin position... hole #4. The pin was front right and the ball rolls right off the green. I putted it back up towards the hole, got it within 8" and it rolled back down to my feet. The first tee is challenging... go right and you're penalized. A bunker in the middle of the fairway is strategically placed... 2 of our foursome found it. Go left and you're down a large hill hitting a blind shot. Hole 5 is a beautiful, elevated par 4.... worthy of a photo opportunity. Hole 18 is awesome too. A canyon on your right side... scenic elevated tee box. The houses are a bit too close to some of the fairways... I never came close, thank goodness, but a couple of players in our 4-some hit a couple of houses. Many homes have nets up, and justifiably so. The 10th tee box is 6 to 7 paces from the back sliding-glass door of one house. Felt like we were trespassing. A left handed slicer might be nervous on a couple of holes. Several holes on the back nine seemed more wide open than on the front and my score reflected that... 5 strokes better on the back. The fairways I missed, I only missed by a yard or two, but enough to be penalized. You almost always roll into a bush, cactus, yucca... I could only hit out of the rough once in the 4 times I missed the fairway. Not complaining... all part of the challenge and the fun. Can be very windy in Hurricane, Utah. That adds to the challenge.

Customer Service

Friendly and courteous.

A very beautiful course, especially the front nine. It has many majestic views of red sandstone cliffs. The course has decent challenge, especially the long, uphill par 4''''s. There are a few hidden flags. The course is not so difficult that it cannot be enjoyed by everyone. Tees and fairways are in exceptional shape. The greens are multi-tiered with great interest, but are a bit on the hard side. The back nine, unfortunately, is not as nice as the front. A good many tract homes are encroaching into the course, especially on hole 12. The course plays like 2 different courses; the front nine plays differently from the back nine with the front being the better of the two. Price on this course is incredibly low. Plays like a $100 California course. St. George is like a poor man''''s Palm Springs. There are some exceptional golf packages in this area. All in all a very good course.

Customer Service

Excellent.

this track is great too and dont miss it if you play in dixie,.........the 1st tee will have you shakin' in yer' boots if the wind is blowin',......so keep it down,........cool holes on the front,.....nothing super tough,.....but challenging for sure I think it is # 6 for the sig. on the front nice par 3 pretty over a very blue lake,.......and 7 is the most rolley polley hole i have ever seen,...fun,.......the back is neat too with some fun holes tough in the wind though,......# 18 is very spectacular and you should bring along a cam. for the memories,.....this course is a bit cheaper than the surrounding courses,...dunno why ?.......but nice greens not to quick,..a good playable speed,... well cut fairways and boxes,......i liked the club house too,...which i never do,....but this one was cool for some reason,.....
