Great course to sneak in 9 holes before work or weekends because it's not too long, and there's hardly ever a backup. The course is probably in average shape, with some of the greens are tricky. Fees are extremely reasonable.

Good course to get in a quick nine before work in the morning with a small group. The greens fees are extremely reasonable, and they are doing a better job of keeping the course green. I hear they may close it next year. Too bad

Really Really Really Cheap ($4 for students)

The course can be pretty trashed at times.

Go in the spring and this course is great. Go in the late summer and the course has gone to hell. If you are a student the Spring Season Pass is only $30, and $45 for the summer. Not a bad price for getting out.
