This is a decent course. I would rank it in quality of design and layout with Gladstan.

This is a traditional/mountain 18 hole designed golf course. Spanish oaks offers 4 set of tees and spectacular back nine (mountain course) views. Every hole has tree lined fairways and ungulating greens. Few ponds and river flow throughout the front nine. Front nine is ver walkable and the back is up a mountain. Signature hole is #10, a long par 5 up hill with a canyon to your left and a huge mountain behind the green in the distance.

Customer Service

I was treated very well here.

This course is great. It looks easy but for some reason it doesn't play that easy. Just enough challenge for most levels. Great location. Just don't go before 11am...The wind will blow you away.

Customer Service

New golf pro in 2006 and he has changed the whole "vibe' of the club house for the better.

Great course to play for the average golfer. Back nine is fantastic. Need to teach the resident golfers how to fix there divots, never seen so may un-repaired divots in my life. Resident players must think they are to good to fix there own divots.

Customer Service

Fun and friendy service, they treat you very well.

Great course for the price, Usually well-maintained except a few dry spots in late summer, Short holes, Forgiving fairways, Short rough, Great scenery (especially on the back 9), Mostly flat with some slopes, Greens are fast and tricky, Very windy in the mornings until about 10 A.M.

This course is not terrible, but it pales in comparison to the other nearby options (Gladstan, Hobble Creek, East Bay, Thanksgiving Point, etc.). You can reach some of the par 4s on the back nine off the tee--and there are very few hazards that come into play on this course. The Green fees at Spanish Oaks are the same or more than the other municipal courses in the area. If you have the choice, try and get on to Hobble Creek, East Bay, or Gladstan before going to Spanish Oaks.

Excellent value. A whole lot of golf course for the price. Sure there are better, but this is a "bang-for-the buck" champ.

Nice course with some very fun holes. Maintained nicely and the greens and tees are quite good. The back nine is probably my favorite place to play and is where I have shot my best score.
