One of my favorite courses in Northern Utah. I play it often and it is challenging, yet very playable. While there are several long holes, when played technically, the course plays gently. Lots of water/reeds to challenge. Even short hitters can enjoy the course, even #18.

Customer Service

Always friendly and helpful.

This is a links style 18 hole golf course. This course offers many tees boxes and tight fairways. Most holes you will use a driver, but you can get away with using long irons. This is a true links style course- no trees. I did not like the course the first time I played it. But after playing it again, it has become a favorite of mine. Signature hole is the par five #18. This hole has a giant green the is completly surrounded by a mote. Begginers avoid.

Customer Service

Very helpful and friendly. They want your business.

Very nice links-style course in nice condition. I played it from the tips just over 7,000 yards, and the course certainly has some teeth, especially when the wind blows. The fairways are fairly wide, but besides that, there's not a lot of room for big errors since most holes are lined with creeks. I'm not a big fan of links courses because it's sometimes hard to tell where you're going, but this course wasn't too tricky in that regard. It wasn't too hard to get your bearings.

Wonderful coures offers plenty of challenges for all levels. Classic links style course, offers a break from the mountainous and steep terrain you will find in Utah.

Since moving within a quarter mile of this course, I'll be playing it more frequently. It is a Scotish Links style course. No trees are necessary. This even works well with the wind that is prevalent. Another Scotish type course (Wingpointe, by the SLC Airport) is also windy.............it adds to the experience. The overall condition of the course is good. The greens are well cared for and the tee boxes too. Some of the outer rough is, well, rough. Not thick, rather sparce and often times you are hitting off dirt/patchy weeds. Keep it in the middle and you're okay. The fairways are narrow and this isn't a long course. It allows you to practice your course management, club selection is key. Green fees are average for the area.

Customer Service

When you were being personally dealt with, customer service was great. They could use a little help in the proshop though. If the phone rings, you are no longer the #1 priority.

I'm not sure what "Scott" from Ogden is talking about when he mentions how unkept the course is. The tee boxes are just as well kept as any. Some of the holes provide a 130 yard differential between the gold and white tees. ("Scott" probably plays the whites, which may explain the over use he's describing.) Besides, the lack of landscaping that he is describing is not because of lack of trees, the course is meant to look like a Scottish links course! It does a wonderful job of that!

Customer Service

Great customer service, very friendly and courteous.

This course will be a premeir course in due time. It is fairly new (and the lack of landscaping shows it). The Greens are typically wet and slow. And the Fairways tend to be very narrow. For such a new course I was surprised by the poor condition of the Tees. There are far too many divots, and they are usually very dry. Also, high winds can seriously affect your game on this course, once again, it is due to the lack of trees, etc. Overall, its a fun course, but not worth the high Green fees.
