Shoots in the 90s

What a course! It would be best to play right down the middle of every fairway here as there are so many overhanging trees that will punish you if you don't. Watch your card carefully as there are also bunkers in hard to see locations. This course is beautifully maintained and extremely private even though it is only minutes from downtown Rutland. I don't generally play courses with greens fees of $75 but you can see where your money is going at this lush course.

Good.

Shoot in the 90s

Course is always in excellent condition, ground crew does a great job, bunkers are well groomed, greens are perfect. Short enough of a course so it's not too difficult for the weekend golfer, but still very challenging. If you don't hit the ball straight on most holes, it'll be either in the woods, in the road (too the left of the first tee) or in the water. I play there through school for free, so the value for me is great, memberships are 250 for children and 1000 for adults.
