Shoots in the 70s

A quirky course full of riddles. The architect (unknown to me) was a merry prankster. There are four or five birdie holes here, but an equal number of “bogey holes.” No. 13 is one of the nastier holes in Vermont, 377 yards straight up hill with a narrow landing area and your approach to a small mountain summit with a split-level green (and if you are too aggressive with the approach, there is OB behind the green). Two of the four 3-pars are long (221, 219) but the shortest one, No. 14, is perhaps the most difficult ... is perhaps impossible. I landed in the left middle of the green today and jumped up near the pin, then rolled 60 feet backward to the front edge, then pitched to six inches below the cup, and watched the ball roll back a good twenty feet. But the 18th green is even more impossible.
