Shoot in the 90s

As practice facilities go Fair Oaks is nice. The par 3 is pretty good, not great. The putting green and chipping area are a bit small. The chiping area has two challenging bunkers that will help you perfect your shortest game. Unfortunatly the chipping area is too small to really practice 20-30 yard shots.

The driving range is nice. Ample water coolers and soda machines are available. The mats are thick and soft. They have heaters for the covered mats so you can hit year round. The small grass tees close at 5pm sharp.

The pro shop is well stocked, however some items will need o be ordered from the factory. They currently goive 50% back on a fitting fee if you buy from them. You can, however take your specs elsewhere. They take tour quality clubs as trade ins on your purchace. I got $295 on my old Ping Eye2s against my purchace of new Titleist 990s.

This is mostly a state of the art practice facility with island greens and target greens in a large range area. There is a 9 hole pitch and putt that is fun too. They have a great practice green and sand practice area.
