Shoots in the 80s

Good local course [3 nines] with reasonable fees. A lot of play but you can usually get a tee time without too much trouble. The Cottage nine has been redone with some new traps and modified greens. The greens on all three 9s are some of the best in Richmond area for public courses. The fairways leave something to be desired. Good walking course.

A decent local municipal course. There is nothing frilly about the hollows. Seldom crowded, friendly staff, 27 holes with good variety.

Shoot in the 80s

This is a nice course for practicing. You won't be intimidated playing with lots of high handicappers. The greens fees are some of the cheapest around. however, the rough is not cut enough and means you can lose balls that you should be able to find. The overall course does not say quality, but I still think it's a nice place to practice (i live there).
